VHIO Laboratories

The project extends the existing building while maintaining a coherent aesthetic. At the same time, warmer common areas are created using natural materials such as wood and vegetation.

For brand and model selection, sustainable and social impact will be evaluated. Therefore, non-toxic and environmentally friendly materials will be prioritized to ensure a healthy building.

The basement floors will house parking areas, storage, and loading docks. In addition, new collaborative work modules will be added on basement level -1.

The ground floor will accommodate administrative offices and management areas. In this way, circulation and workflow between staff, visitors, and suppliers will be more efficient.

From the first to the fourth floor, the VHIO Laboratories will be located. These spaces are designed for advanced health research, offering modern technology and functional working environments.

On the rooftop, both technical installations and sports facilities will be situated. As a result, the design promotes balance between workplace well-being and physical activity.

Thanks to this planning, the VHIO Laboratories will be part of a modern, sustainable complex adapted to the needs of research, innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
