Nuevo Hospital de Puertollano

The new Puertollano Hospital will be built on the same site as the existing center, completely replacing it and being a totally self-sufficient complex from the beginning. The design aims to offer an open center, with independent accesses, clearly differentiated circulations, abundant natural light and an organization that allows all services to be easily located.

The building is based on a dual circulation layout that allows for a hierarchical access and a clear differentiation of circulation routes. This layout, fundamental in any hospital environment, facilitates the work of healthcare personnel and optimizes operational efficiency.

The new hospital will have parking areas, administrative services, hospitalization units, library, teaching spaces, emergency services, rehabilitation, pharmacy, cafeteria and a tower equipped with a heliport.
