Sant Vicenç de Montalt is a town located on the Maresme coast, 45 kilometers north of Barcelona. In this project, nine single-family detached houses of two floors were developed, three of them with four bedrooms and the other six with three bedrooms. The slope was traced to create different platforms to develop the housing development; thus, each home takes advantage of the privacy created and obtains the best views towards the Mediterranean Sea.
The materials used are concrete and wood. The ground floor composes a white plinth that results on the suspension of the dark gray block of the upper floor. In the garden area, the terrace has a pergola with wooden sliding doors that, depending on how they are placed, allow creating an intermediate space between the interior and the exterior, and which forms a protected from the sun extension of the living room.
