EXTENSION OF THE NATIONAL MICROBIOLOGY CENTRE

This project is located on the west side of the National Microbiology Centre, situated in a development area of Majadahonda. The new building is to house the laboratories and their supplementary areas, with a shared and flexible space proposed for them. This carries less expense in infrastructures and in renovating the building; so that both the users and the centre itself can easily adapt to changes in activities.

The building has the same floors as its neighbours in the centre, plus two basements. Also a module is defined for easy construction and easy distribution of equipment and services.
