Pinearq presented "BIM and data intelligence in hospital buildings" at the public administrations session. Nicola emphasized about the collaborative work we developed, based on the possibilities of ICT and Big Data, with BIM as a fundamental piece in our strategy to allow a level of exploration, collaboration, coordination and operational efficiency of the projects.

BIM Tour is an itinerant event with talks on the implementation of BIM methodology and its effects on the construction sector. In this context, it is very important for Pinearq to explain, with the experience and resources accumulated over the years, how the company can help customers around the world to take full advantage of the BIM model that, starting next year, they will receive together with the rest of the project documentation: for example, the possibility of visualization, integration and analysis of static BIM data with dynamic data from IoT sensors.

The Gijón session was attended by many participants from different sectors of the public administration. Those attendees had the opportunity to confront the legislative landscape of BIM in Europe and Spain thanks to the presentations by Julio López from INECO, Ignasi Pérez Arnal from BIM Academy and Javier Alonso de ATANGA; also for the experience cases developed by some public administrations by José Javier Gallardo, of the Zaragoza City Council, and Rafael Hayas López, of CN Arquitectura y Urbanismo; and, finally, through the application of the BIM in heritage stock presented by Alberto Armisen, of PetroBIM.
